KS4 Curriculum
During Year 10 and 11, pupils will study five core GCSEs as part of their Key Stage 4 curriculum:
- English Language
- English Literature
- Maths
- Science Combined (2 GCSEs)
In addition to their core GCSEs, Year 9 pupils will have the opportunity to pick their option subjects. At Yewlands Academy, we have a wide range of option subjects including GCSEs such as History, Geography, Drama, Design Technology and Spanish, as well as BTECs in Childcare, Health & Social and Travel & Tourism.
